The big Picture
Are we a good fit for you?
We are not a medical office, and we do not have patients like a doctor’s office does. Because of our philosophy toward mental health, we do not expect the clients we serve to be in our “care”.
Think of us as you would an outpatient physical therapy and fitness facility. You come, we show you the exercises, and expect that you will have the motivation to do them on your own. We will teach you how to foster that motivation, but ultimately the journey is yours to walk.
Because of this, our services are not appropriate as primary care for those suffering from suicidal behavior, eating disorders, psychotic presentation, or are having difficulty with basic self-care.
All services have a 20 session limit. We are primarily a self-pay institution, but Blue Cross/BlueShield, SelectHealth, PacificSource, St. Luke’s Partners, and Tricare (out of Network) insurance plans are accepted at this time (not including Medicaid or Medicare-based plans).
